Some Neat Ideas

I got this idea from playing Animal Crossing (which btw is an awesome game!).

How about some fishing, bug catching, and fossil hunting activities? The fishing and bug catching would obviously allow us to extend our zoos with more creatures, but the fossil hunting would allow us to make a "historical" area in our zoos.

We would have to buy the fishing rod, a bug net, and paleontological tools to do this of course.

Like the idea?

Oh, and I was doing a rewatch of Avatar and noticed that Ostrich Horses can have, well, not sure what it is called, but here:



Thought we could have the option of buying the gear for them.

A saddle?

I like these ideas, but I don't quite understand what the point of having fossils would be

Just to collect them more than anything. We can scratch the fossils if no one wants them.

I'm liking fishing and bug-catching as an extension to collect more creatures, but I'm not sure I like the fossil idea. I mean, the collector, and AC fan in me wants to do it, because that was probably my favorite thing to collect in Animal Crossing, but I feel like it would just take up space on Avadopts.

Yeah I guess so. I would like Rebs input still just to see what he says.

Fishing can be done for ocean creatures like Elephant Koi and Unagi... but for what else? Hmm...

Rebs, I don't think you would be able to catch those... (then again you can catch walord in Pokemon :p)

I like these ideas but there aren't enough creatures that you would be able to get from the bug catching contest and fishing.

The fossil idea sounds pointless, we will be able to collect plushes soon, I don't see why we should have another thing to collect...

DTC, you would obviously catch hatchlings. Think! XD We can also make different species of regular koi and other things... hmm... and the 2 headed fish!

So the water is the right enviorment for a two headed fish and a koi to survive? O-o A unagi and a elephant koi hatchling would still be about 10 feet tall. o3o

If we have fishing I think it should only have different species of regular koi and whatever other creature someone makes up and we like.

There can also be some real life fish as well. There's also that species from The Fortuneteller.

I think that this is a great idea. Implementing this will lead to prosperity. trust me.

I LOVE the bug collecting idea! Here are a few animals that it might work with and the episode(s) that they appear in.
