Snow Issues

I have issues with the snow on the site pages. My mouse literally occasionally freezes on me. Its not my comp because it only does it on the pages when it snows. It happened to me on one of my other sites who uses the same coding I'm sure for the same exact snow. Is it possible we could chill out with the snow. Take it off the pages, use something else to celebrate our festivities other than snow. I've had to force restart my comp because my mouse would not move even after 3-4 minutes.

I've had issues with the snow too- it prevents me from scrolling up or down a page :/
