problem with Koi Quest Empty problem with Koi Quest

every time i click on the island that says its for the koi quest i get the following response The page you specified was not found. is this location closed?? or am i missing a part that i must do to get there?

i'm still trying to figure out how i'm going to get enough points so i could get my next start for the lion turtle quest, also where does the lion one even start at? don't want to end up skipped ahead like the serpent one.
