Login issues at website

Hi
I just signed up today. I got sent the registration email and signed up with my user name of Aizlynn and my password. I got my 1st egg, a dragon, but now when I try to get any other eggs it tells me I have to log in. When I log in I get an error stating that the user name does not exist? Any help would be great.

The login is extremely case sensitive. Make sure your username is typed in exactly how it was when you signed up, first off. This is the most common problem. If you're still having issues after that, let us know.

I have tried the user name both ways I would normally write it and it still states that it doesn't exist
Is there anything else I can try because it won't let me re-register with my email account.

Perhaps you spelled your username wrong? I just tried to get to your zoo, and I'm not finding anything. Considering that you said you adopted your first egg already, I'm thinking a typo when registering caused this problem.

Otherwise, you could always make a new email account on a free provider, and register again that way.

Yes it was a typo. I had to go back through my history to find it though. Oh well silly me. Thanks for all of the help I appreciate it.
