@Little Art: O_o xD Aren't box turtles... bigger than a regular one? xDD My little red eared sliders are smallish.
Box turtles are so cute xD Witht heir shells and sturff.
@Catt: Yeah, they are. .___. When I got my turtles, they didn't eat the pellets. I gave them raw meat until I saw white spots on their shells and gave them lettuce instead. They ate it up xD
@user: You can't? O_o You can hold them and watch them frolic in your garden xD Or you can feed them and see them struggle. :3

Re: Turtles <3
I used to have a turtle (I think it was a box turtle, it had a red neck eh...) I would always take him out of his tank and put him on my bed, he was so fun.
My parents actually found a wild female turtle that was the same kind as my turtle was, so they brought her home and she stayed with my turtle. They actually had eggs, but the place was so confined that the eggs were immediately squashed, so after a while we released them into our pond.
We've actually seen other turtles in the pond now, along with snapping turtles (which we believe is what caused the injuries to one of our duck's top beak to break)

<:3 Eggs? My turtles aren't old enough yet. >.> *prods them* Grow faster/age faster!
Is your garden very big? Or is it not fenced in? I wouldn't like to have snapping turtles. D: Would the turtle bite you if you played with him, or would he just stare intensely at it? xD Just in case I ever want to take them out of their tanks.

Re: Turtles <3
She must have been pretty old then, I wouldn't know XD
Yes, it's pretty big. We have about 2 acres of land I believe, with a pond and then in the far back we have a creek. We also have no neighbors on either side of the house, just across the street .-.
We had no idea that there were snapping turtles until one of our ducks (he was the alpha male) came back with part of his top beak broken off.
I think the wild turtle might've tried to bite me a few times, if so it wasn't entirely that bad.

Russian Tortoises are pretty cute. I like how the shell colors stand out more--almost even more than a paint xD
Do they get very big? I mean, tortoises... xD

Yeah, he digs a little bit when it gets hot out. The substrate is pretty shallow, se he can't dig that deep.
