the nations earth and fire

just wondering if anyone else have notice that only the platybear and the toucanpuff are being drop in the two nations.
And Reb if you can check wiki and let me know what you think with what i got so far done, when you got the time i would like to know.

Rarer creatures get dropped in Earth and Fire only if the count goes below 25, and even then, not many of them are dropped, and they get snatched up pretty quickly. This has been explained many times.
