Sort by level not working Empty Sort by level not working

The sort by level option is grouping things incorrectly. Things of level 2 end up grouped with things of level 20, instead of being at the top (or bottom) of the zoo. Just wanted to let you know.

They don't stay put in the order I choose. They jump around every time the page is refreshed for me.
