For now, I think it's just on pause -- everyone seems to be really busy with RL right now (I know I am x_x ) and we were certainly all distracted by having to rebuild our zoos again.

Hey guys, I was just rereading the Legend of Korra page on the Avatar wiki, and I noticed something interesting. The rumors section posits that by Korra's time, it's not only possible that Aang and Katara had at least some airbender children who had more airbender children, but ALSO, it's possible that Aang used energybending to give non-benders the airbending ability. After all, as the article said, if Aang could use energybending to take away Ozai's firebending, conceivably energybending could also be used to give bending abilities to someone who had none -- for example, the Earth Kingdom refugees.

What do you think about this? And, what do you think of it in terms of our RP? Should I open up applications to airbenders who are not necessarily related to Aang and Katara? Let me know!

(PS: I know it might seem stupid to ask you questions about an RP that's come to a standstill, but I acknowledge that that is pretty much my fault right now. It's difficult to juggle a job and graduate work at the same time, but when I get these papers and exams out of the way, I'll get back to moving things along, I promise. I deeply appreciate the patience of anyone who's stuck around this long. )

I was wondering, when you said in the OP "URSULA (Flexible for adoption purposes)" does that mean she doesn't have anyone playing her right now?
I'm just a bit confused because the character is under your name (which I assume means you're playing her), but you also mention her being flexible for adoption purposes.

It means that I would like someone to adopt her! I am playing her at the moment for the sole reason that she needs to be involved, being Raizo's twin and all, but it would be much easier on me (and more diverse for the sake of the RP) if someone else took over on pulling her strings. Her character needs to fit within certain requirements, but other than that someone else is free to come along and make her their own.

Hm, alright. I may be interested in adopting her. I'm going to read trough the RP, then decide, because I was also thinking about making an OC.

Arighty, I've read trough pretty much the entire RP, and I'd like to adopt Ursula It's kind of late where I live, s I don't feel like starting tonight, but other than that, I'll star whenever you want me to.

Also, just as a note, my laptop's keyboard is worn out and doesn't always register letters, which results in an an unusually high amount of typos for me, which I usually catch via a spellchecker. But sometimes the mistakes I make don't show up because my typo results in an actual word (want to ant, late to ate, etc.) and I miss them.
I usually read through my stuff to make sure none re in there, but I just thought I'd let you know about it

I am absolutely delighted to hear it! :D Hopefully we can end up doing a lot of collaboration together, since the twins are so close and Raizo won't be able to get anywhere on the destiny front without his sister's support. ^^

Okay, so a few questions before I get started that I just want to clarify to avoid confusion; Did you leave Ursula at home? What exactly are Raizo and the others doing right now? Aaand, do we need an antagonist (minor or major), or do you already have something planned? If not, I think I'd be up to it.

And I so didn't get the picture done last night... Well, I kind of did. It kept turning out wrong. I'll keep trying though.

Raizo left Ursula at home; he gave her the excuse that he was just going to drop off the guests, HOWEVER, Ursula discovered the pack he'd made last night and figured out that Raizo didn't plan on coming back, so I was going to have her surprise him when he tries to leave the city (whether by ship or otherwise). Raizo and Co. ran into Kaori and her brother in the city but left them behind; he dropped Shi, Toka and Kiki off at Shi's master's manor; and Raizo and Ren are the ones left with Seze, while Raizo is trying to think of a place where he can safely leave Ren, since it's pouring rain. I have thoughts for a villain, but I'm still on the fence about it, so if you have any thoughts in particular I would love to hear them. :]

Sorry about such a ridiculously long delay, guys. That's what the latter half of a semester will do to a person. :< Those of you who aren't directly involved with Raizo at the moment can certainly feel free to RP side-plots, like what might be going on with Shi right now, for example. And any suggestions for how to get Kaori back in the plot would be nice. :]

Oh Shi, she'll be okay xD But by the time Raizo picks her up, she'll be a bit sore around her back. >;) /evil

Maybe I'll have a really long post saying everything she did during the time all of you left and what she is doing now.
