Uses for GP.

Maybe being able to sell our creatures? =)

How about if you want to unfreeze your creature you have to pay a little?
Gender potions would be cool.

What about breeding?

On another, very in-depth adoptables site I frequent (called Howrse, if anyone is familiar or interested), when you raise your horses to an age that they're able to breed, there is an option for you to search (if your horse is female) for a male horse to breed it with, which is something you have to pay for. (Higher stats in a stallion mean it's more expensive to buy a covering, but that's not applicable here.) This way, people could still breed creatures like starters without having to choke themselves for GP; all they need to do is perhaps find a suitable amount of GP to pay someone else to breed across accounts.

This might be too complex to implement, but it's a thought.

Make the MALE drink it before breeding, and the egg will be of a random species.
(example: You gave it to a male otterbear, mated it, and ended up with a dragon egg.

Ehhh... The species potion is making me think of Harry Potter, and this isn't a HP site.

Then what the crud about gender potions?

I was thinking there could be a potion shop and there could be transformation potions so you can switch a creature that you don't have.

Here's an idea:

Since you are going to be making a zoo for Ba Sing Se, why not allow us to buy animals from it?

maybe could make an option that would let you level a creature by two levels for any creature you level, How ever to use the option you would have to pay 50-100gp(or more) to use the option and of course you don't get any gp at all since you had to pay to use the option in first place.

Hm, I'm not too fond of that idea since we can level up our creatures twice a day anyway.
